Move Out Loud is committed to the health and safety of our staff, students and dance families.
The following is a summary of the policies we have put in place to help prevent the spread of Covid-19 in our facility.
Please familiarize yourself with our policies as you prepare to enter the studio.
distance & Capacity
Our classrooms, hallways and common areas have been set up and marked to maintain at least 6 feet of distance.
Class size will be limited to 10 students, per Dane County Mandate.
Class start/end times have been staggered when possible.
Each class will have it’s own door for entering/exiting. Studio A: Main door. Studio B: Upper level door. Studio C: Lower side door. Do not arrive for class more than 5 mins early.
While the weather is warm enough, please wait outside for a teacher to guide students in one at a time.
Masks are required to be worn at all times, per Dane County and State health orders.
To keep our kids and staff safe exercising with a mask, we’ll be modifying our curriculum to scale back the cardio, dancing in groups to provide time to slow heart rates and breathe, and routinely checking in with our students.
Our premises is cleaned throughly and routinely with EPA approved cleaning agents. Dance rooms and lockers are disinfected between each class, common areas are disinfected throughout the day/night, and the studio is deep cleaned twice per week.
Students are asked to use hand sanitizer upon entering and exiting the building.
Our HVAC biopolar ionization systems keep the air circulating through our building squeaky clean.
The studio will only be open to staff and students taking class.
Parents are asked to wait in their cars, or drop off and come back.
The drinking fountain will be closed. (the hands-free bottle filler will still be open!)
Water bottles will be brought into class and spread out along the edge of the room, to provide distance while drinking.
Common areas are closed.
Please have dancers use the bathroom before coming to the studio.
please stay home if:
You have had a fever in the past 24 hours.
You or a household/family member have a confirmed case or have come in contact with someone who has a confirmed case of Covid-19. (Please also notify us if this is the case.)
