Our lyrical classes use the strong foundations of ballet to create fluid, expressive, and emotive movement. Students explore powerful leaps, turns, extensions, and floor work, all while learning to connect technique with musicality and emotion. Lyrical dance encourages passion, imagination, and personal interpretation, giving dancers the tools to tell a story through movement.

Each class combines warm-up and conditioning, stretching, across-the-floor combinations, and center-floor choreography designed to build strength, flexibility, and artistry. To support their lyrical training and enhance overall technique, all students are strongly encouraged to take at least one ballet class per week.
